Skip The Kissin -- Taking a break -- March 2004

Skip The Kissin is a gorgeous 1999 Chestnut Stallion.

Skip is the son of Kissin Cousins, World Champion Halter horse, point earner in Dally Team Roping and one of Skipa Stars finest sons.  His dam is our founding mare Snazzys Monique, finished Roping, Working Cow and Using Ranch horse out of Snazzy Mister AA, ROM Producer.

When we bred Skip's dam, Snazzys Monique, to Kissin Cousins we hoped to get an all around, all day using type horse that could be competitive in a wide variety of AQHA approved events; including Halter, Roping, Barrel Racing, Western and English Pleasure, and as a Working Ranch Horse.

WE GOT THAT INDIVIDUAL!

Skip The Kissin (Kissin Cousins x Snazzys Monique) is a AQHA Open Halter point earner, and 04 Champion Open Halter Stallion in North Dakota, and Champion Sr Amatuer Stallion.  His sire, Kissin Cousins, is one of Skipa Stars finest sons. As mentioned in the Legends 5 book by Western Horsemen.

Kissin Cousins was a 1981 World Champion Halter horse and was UNDEFEATED in some of the toughest, most prestigious halter futurities in the nation, the Houston, Alamo, and $100,000 Select futurities in Texas. After being retired to stud he moved to the mountains of Montana and has sired many great working horses, ROM, Halter and Performance horses, World Show Qualifiers, Congress Top 5 placers, Futurity Winners and Circuit Champions. His dam is my founding mare, Snazzys Monique, an accomplished hard working ranch horse and producer of Halter point earners and producers.

Skip is a wonderful combination of the best of both his parents.
